Electronic AIP production and publication - Automated production of e-AIP
It provides a large set of functionalities facilitating and automating the publication of the different types of AIP documents – in accordance with ICAO standards:
Complete AIP set, composed of: General Information, En-route information, Aerodrome and Heliport Information.
AIP Amendment consisting of amended AIP pages only.
AIP Supplement consisting of changes or amendments or information not applicable to the core set of AIP documents.
AIC publications containing miscellaneous administrative information.
It provides a workflow-driven publishing environment dedicated to the Aeronautical domain. AIP specialized staff are offered an easy-to-use interface and advanced functionalities automating some of the most time consuming operations. This automation of AIP part generation reduces the risks of human errors.
When TopSky - eAIP is connected with TopSky - AIXM modifications performed in the TopSky - AIXM database are directly extracted and immediately available for amendment.
TopSky - eAIP is designed to comply with Eurocontrol electronic AIP specifications and includes Eurocontrol tools allowing to validate that the eAIP complies with Eurocontrol specifications.
A solution in line with emerging operational and technical requirements
Collaborative edition: Several editors can work at the same time on the same documents.
End-to-end audit trails: All modifications in the documents are traced
Business workflow: An embedded and fully configurable AIP workflow allows to define and monitor the publishing tasks.
Automated production of output documents is a single click action (pdf for printed copies, CD-ROM packages, HTML for web publication...)
TopSky - eAIP has multi-country functionalities and allows ANSPs to customize publications thanks to multi-language management and addition of logos.
