Customer Training

To best cater for the specific requirements of Armed Forces, our training is calibrated around operational efficiency: practical and on-the-job training in combination with field tests are at the core of our knowledge management. In-person learning sessions can be hosted in proximity to our customers at our local academies. Our training catalogue offers a variety of customer-focused training journeys, structured by initiation courses and recurrent training updates and refresh sessions, and includes transfer of training. 

Supported by best-in-class online tools, we have also developed a blended learning approach, combining in-person training and online training, using e-learning and immersive training techniques as virtual reality. New, compelling learning content and an easy-to-use platform facilitate the training and allow newcomers to get up to speed or catch up on a new skill.
