Publication of representation of women and men in the leadership positions in French companies with at least 1,000 employees, for the year 2023.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality of December 24, 2021, Thales publishes for the third year, the representation of women and men, within the Governing Bodies and Senior Executives, for the year 2023.

With 27.4% of women in its workforce, Thales is committed to an active approach to promoted women at the highest levels of the organization since 2016.
In 2023, the Group achieved its target of 20% women in levels of responsibility (NR) 10, 11 and 12**. By December 31st 2023, women represented 20.4% of NR 10 to 12 (vs 14.7 in 2016) employees.
Thales as set a target of 22.5% women in these levels of responsibility by 2026.
Governing Bodies (Article L.23-12-1 of the French Commercial Code***):
Thales Services Numériques SAS Executive Committee consists of 36% of women and 64% of men.
The others French companies of the Group, which are subject, due to their workforce, to the provisions of the Law, aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality of December 24, 2021 do not have a dedicated governing body.
However, these companies belong to global business units that have an executive committee whose gender balance is monitored by objectives set at Group level.
Thales exceed its target of reaching 75% of Executive Committees with at least 3 women. At the end of 2023, 86.8% of Executive Committees have at least 3 women (vs 27% at the end of 2016).
Thales has set itself new ambitions by setting a target of having 75% of Executive Committees with at least 4 women by 2026.
