1. Overview
These Terms of Use are issued by Thales Australia Limited (ABN 66 008 642 751) on behalf of each of the Thales Australia Companies.
The Thales Australia Companies comprise: Thales Australia Holdings Pty Ltd; Thales Australia Limited; ADI Group Holdings Pty Ltd; ADI Group Pty Ltd; ADI Munitions Pty Ltd; Australian Defence Industries Pty Ltd; ADI Lithgow Pty Limited; Thales ATM Pty Ltd; Thales Training & Simulation Pty Limited; and Thales Underwater Systems Pty Ltd.
A reference to “Thales Australia”, “we”, “us” or “our” is a reference to the relevant Thales Australia Company.
These Terms of Use set out the terms of use for the following websites:

By accessing and using our Sites you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and all changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on our Sites. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
