Thales Australia launches 2022 – 2024 Reconciliation Action Plan
Thales Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is an integral part of our strategy to drive change and action towards reconciliation.
Our RAP details the goals and commitments we are making at an organisational and individual level, to support First Nations employees and the wider communities in which we operate.
Some areas of focus for the 2022 - 2024 RAP include: continuing to strengthen our engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, forming sustainable relationships with First Nations businesses and creating opportunities in education and careersof Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth.
The creator of our RAP artwork is David Williams, a proud Wakka Wakka man, internationally recognised performer and musician, artist, speaker and co-founder/Director of Gilimbaa. The artwork, entitled ‘Our Past. Our Present. Our Future,’ explores Thales’ reconciliation journey which is a story still being written.
