XPI Simulation designs and manufactures a range of world-leading, cost-effective simulator systems for driver training and research applications. XPI offers a range of solutions that are fully scalable and flexible according to different budget and performance requirements.
XPI works closely with our customers in order to deliver systems that improve human performance – combining innovative use of technology with outcome-based training approaches in order to realise tangible gains.
In conjunction with its range of standard and bespoke driving simulator platforms, XPI is able to provide simulator-based driver training services at locations across the UK.
XPI is leveraging its experience of high-fidelity driving simulation in order to create solutions for the virtual test, development and certification of connected autonomous vehicles (CAV). Through its involvement in two research programmes (part-funded by the Centre for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles) – CAVinSE and OmniCAV – XPI is developing standards-based CAV simulation solutions that can meet the demands of regulatory bodies.
XPI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thales in the UK.
