Thales in Spain encourages "The Talent Program" focused on the recruitment of recently graduate students to be part of the national and international projects developed by the company. The enterprise intends to attract youth talent highly motivated with technology and eager to learn, as well as interested in starting their professional career in an international company that employs more than 62.000 people worldwide. Every year, the company signs a collaborative agreement with Fundación Universidad de Empresa allowing new interns to study a postgraduate course in Francisco de Vitoria University at the Madrid Campus, developing their knowledge, skills, languages, and expertise in our company.
Recruitment process:
Interns, at the moment, are promoted in September, when de process begins.

Requirements to access:
- Be less than 30 years old
- High English level
- To have finished a Degree in the last four years
- To have finished all the courses in your Degree (in some cases except of the final project or thesis)
- Do not have previous expertise
