Publication of NSW Monitoring Data

Section 66 (6) of the NSW Protection NSW Protection of the Environment Operations Act, 1997, requires the holder of a licence to publish results of monitoring on the licence holder website. Thales Australia holds NSW environment protection licences for its facilities in Mulwala and Carrington.

Note:

• The Mulwala Facility that Monitoring Points 2 and 43 are on the treated water effluent discharged from the facility. All the other Monitoring Points are for discharges to the atmosphere.  
• The Carrington Site is not required to record or publish Monitoring Data.
