On a product level our machinery is fully adapted to large format panel sizes ranging up to 24” x 48”. With a special capability of long flex circuits up to 10 meters. Thales manufactures high-end radar systems and therefore we have a broad background of manufacturing RF and microwave PCB boards. We carry a large selection of base materials for these kind of applications and our PCB design is fully finetuned to all of these capabilities. We continually invest to develop new technologies concerning heat management, any layer via connection and combined functionality e.g. in support of Thales and our customers technology roadmaps.
