Thales strengthens its local presence with new office in Bengaluru
Bengaluru, April 20, 2018: Thales inaugurated its new office in Bengaluru on 18 April 2018. Located at 100/2, Anchorage 2, Wing A, Richmond Road, Bengaluru, the new office was inaugurated by Mr. Emmanuel de Roquefeuil, VP & Country Director for Thales in India, in the presence of Mr. François Gautier, Consul General of France, and several trusted partners and customers. The opening of the new premises resonates with Thales’ ambition of strengthening its industrial footprint and local team in India.
On the occasion, Mr. Emmanuel de Roquefeuil was quoted as saying, “The new office marks an important milestone in our commitment to India. Supporting our growth plans for local team and business, it opens up a new space for commitment and excellence. As we move forward, we will continue to work closely with our customers and partners, helping them master every decisive moment along the way.”
India is one of the top three priority countries for Thales. The company plans to double its footprint in the next 2-3 years, by developing capabilities for local engineering, ramping up its supply chain and building a sustainable ecosystem of partners in the country while working on its overall growth objective. The new state-of-the-art premises would support these plans of Thales in India.
