Eurosatory

17-21 June 2024
Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, Pavillon Thales (C-242) -
Villepinte, France

Against a background of geopolitical tension and the resurgence of high-intensity conflicts, Thales is one of the main exhibitors at Eurosatory 2024, where we are presenting the technological innovations that will help meet the defence and sovereignty challenges of today and tomorrow.

Thales at Eurosatory 2024

The Thales pavilion showcases the solutions that will provide protection for armed forces and guarantee the sovereignty, safety and stability of nations.

Trusted intelligence serving the armed forces

Intelligence – human, artificial and system – is at the heart of our technologies.

Discover the combat-proven solutions we build around that intelligence, which meet the needs of armed forces, from training and protection through to command and engagement.

Engage

This area will show how sensor networks, tactical connectivity and the Combat Digital Platform enable collaborative combat and battlefield transparency.

Inside hostile territory, this enables the acceleration of the OODA loop through C2 coordination, the networking of sensors – including drones and intelligence resources – and artillery effectors.

In mounted and dismounted combat at the front line, the networking and coordination of fire support systems, drones, robots and secure networks increases the capabilities of manned platforms and automated systems.

Command

Thanks to the intelligence of the systems it builds and the dedicated AI tools it uses, Thales is able to strengthen command posts’ ability to meet the ever-growing requirements for resilience and tactical responsiveness.

The Command area will present the cycle of operational information: how it is enhanced, managed, shared and protected, ranging from the transformation of raw data into reliable intelligence, end-to-end heterogeneous connectivity and the Defence Cloud, through to guaranteeing the confidentiality of data and flows.

Protect

Both forces deployed in combat operations and homeland forces must face numerous threats of attack, be they airborne (drones, helicopters, missiles, mortars), ground-based (in vehicles or on foot) or chemical/biological.

Thales provides global force protection solutions that encompass a broad range of capabilities and technologies, including sensors and effectors, radar surveillance, ground-air defence, optronic identification and electromagnetic detection.

The Protect area will highlight these solutions, which enable threats to be detected, located, jammed and destroyed, thus protecting both troops out on the battlefield and critical sites.

Train & Sustain

Land forces are facing operations in ever more complex environments, with a multitude of threats of diverse speed and size requiring equipment that is more sophisticated.

The Train & Sustain zone highlights the solutions developed by Thales to make its training and service solutions even more effective in maintaining force readiness and high levels of equipment and system availability.

Our state-of-the-art simulators, individual and collective training systems, and training and data management solutions enable armed forces to train in virtual or real environments that faithfully reproduce field conditions.
