Dr Aaron Roberts, Senior Operability & Human Factors Specialist at Thales in the UK, has achieved a significant milestone by being awarded the H Rowbotham Memorial Award from the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). Aaron is recognised as one of the youngest-ever recipients and the first to be honoured from the submarine domain. Aaron’s recognition highlights his ground breaking work in human factors, an essential field for improving safety, efficiency, and decision-making in high-stakes defence environments.
