Dr Aaron Roberts, Senior Operability & Human Factors Specialist at Thales in the UK, has achieved a significant milestone by being awarded the H Rowbotham Memorial Award from the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). Aaron is recognised as one of the youngest-ever recipients and the first to be honoured from the submarine domain.
