Moving into the spotlight this year are our very own CareerTrackers Intern, Lachlan Tuck, and Rodney Dobbs, Business Improvement Manager, both from our Rydalmere site. They were honoured with the prestigious Project Excellence Award.
In light of receiving the award, Lachlan shares,
I am so proud to have received this award, I’ve worked hard to leverage the skills I have learnt at university to deliver valuable work. I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me on my journey through university and the people at both Thales and CareerTrackers who make these opportunities happen."
Lachlan Tuck, CareerTrackers Intern
The Project Excellence Award is a shared recognition bestowed upon both an intern and their manager. It highlights a manager's role in presenting an intern with an impactful project opportunity and applauds an intern who meets the challenge head-on, creating a lasting impression within their sponsoring company.
